As of January 31, 2008, if you are entering the United States
by land or water from Canada, a U.S. law will require you
to present: a) a government issued photo ID, such as a driver's
licence and a birth certificate or b) a citizenship card
or c) valid passport or d) NEXUS or free and Secure Trade
(FAST) card or d) for those 18 and under, a birth certificate.
A passport is required for air travel.

St. Andrews Vacation Rental Policies
Cancellations:
For rentals of 2 weeks or less: We require a cancellation notice 2 weeks prior to your date of arrival.
For rentals over 2 weeks: We require a cancellation notice 1 month prior to your date of arrival.
Pets:
Pet Policy: Pets are only allowed in those properties designated as pet-friendly.
Pet Fees: Note that there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 for each pet.
Arrival/Departure Times:
Check In: Between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.*
Check Out : 10:30 a.m.
*A late check-in fee of $50 will apply unless prior arrangements have been made.
